College students understand how good it feels to consider a nap. After pulling an all-nighter to cram on an algebra test, and equations over and over, it could feel very good to lay down, fall asleep, and dream sweet dreams. Napping can be beneficial.
One way a nap will assist you to is that it offers you more energy. You will be able to try and do your goals during the day, for example going running, publishing articles, or completing projects.
